ASHTABULA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...JEFFERSON...ASHTABULA * UNTIL 115 PM EDT ASHTABULA COUNTY RECEIVED BETWEEN 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN OVERNIGHT. PARTICULARLY HARD HIT WAS THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY NEAR THE CITY OF ASHTABULA...WHERE NUMEROUS ROADS AND UNDERPASSES HAVE BEEN FLOODED.
