BETWEEN 5 PM AND 7 PM DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING OF ROUTE 13 IN EXTREME NORTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY MAKING A SECTION OF THE ROAD IMPASSABLE. FLOODING OF HOMES WAS ALSO REPORTED IN SHILOH.
