* AT 509 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 10 MILES SOUTH
  OF HEGLAR...OR ABOUT NEAR SUBLETT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

AT 541 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM THAT PROMPTED THE WARNING HAD WEAKENED AND
WAS NO LONGER SEVERE...THUS THE WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

INDIVIDUALS LIVING NEAR ROCKLAND SHOULD CONTINUE TO EXPECT HEAVY 
RAIN AS THE STORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST THROUGH CENTRAL POWER 
COUNTY.
