* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 426 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OCCURRING WITH A BACK BUILDING THUNDERSTORM OVER
  EASTERN SUSSEX COUNTY. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED 4 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS ALREADY OCCURRED IN LONG NECK.
