* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT

* AT 235 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN ESTIMATED THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN FROM THE
  THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN SUSSEX COUNTY. MORE STORMS ARE RE DEVELOPING
  OVER SOUTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY AND COULD MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS
  DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
 
* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO REHOBOTH
  BEACH AND LEWES.
