THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOMERSET COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1000 AM EDT

* AT 530 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THAT ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE SOMERSET 
COUNTY DURING THE NIGHT.  THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN IN 
THE SOUTHWESTERN PART OF THE COUNTY.  AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF 
RAIN IS EXPECTED COUNTYWIDE THIS MORNING.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE EXPECTED THIS 
MORNING.  THE HEAVY RAIN FALLING ON THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUND 
WILL LIKELY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS, AS WELL 
AS HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES MAKING FOR A MESSY MORNING COMMUTE.
DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS, THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU 
THINK IT IS.
