* AT 730 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 11 MILES   
SOUTHEAST OF TONKAWA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. ANOTHER STORM 
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS JUST EAST OF PONCA CITY. SPOTTERS 
REPORTED A BRIEF TORNADO 5 MILES EAST OF PONCA CITY AT AROUND 725 PM.
