HARPER COUNTY IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 619 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 4 INCHES HAD FALLEN FROM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTHERN HARPER COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR AS HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS NORTHERN HARPER COUNTY. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUFFALO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES...AND FARM LAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
