* AT 1009 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60
  MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 14 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF MAPLE GROVE TO 24 MILES WEST OF EXCELSIOR...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 55 MPH.
