THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  POPE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 909 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60
  MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 25 MILES
  EAST OF GLENWOOD TO 28 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GLENWOOD...AND MOVING    
  EAST AT 55 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH HAVE LASTED UP TO 30 MINUTES AFTER THE 
LEADING EDGE OF THE STORMS HAS PASSED.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE
