ANOKA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 1100 PM CDT * AT 754 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVIEST RAIN WERE REPEATEDLY MOVING ACROSS ANOKA COUNTY. * SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...ANDOVER...BETHEL... EAST BETHEL AND HAM LAKE.
