WASHINGTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA RAMSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 1045 PM CDT * AT 742 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA.
