BARRON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN * UNTIL 1030 PM CDT * AT 736 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVIEST RAIN WERE REPEATEDLY MOVING ACROSS RICE LAKE. HEAVY STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN RICE LIKE...AND SEVERAL CARS WERE SUBMERGED BY WATER. * SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...ALMENA...BARRON...
