UNDERPASSES...AS WELL AS OTHER POUR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING 
AREAS.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
AUTOMOBILE. REMEMBER...IT ONLY TAKES A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY 
FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
