  SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI AND SOUTHWEST ALABAMA. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL  
  CONTINUE THROUGH 200 PM CDT. 

RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE LIKELY OVER THE 
WARNED AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES...AS WELL AS
OTHER POUR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING AREAS.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
AUTOMOBILE. REMEMBER...IT ONLY TAKES A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING 
WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF FLOOD WATERS. ONLY A FEW INCHES OF
