  SANTA ROSA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA

* UNTIL 930 AM CST

* AT 630 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED      
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER         
  ESCAMBIA AND SANTA ROSA COUNTIES. THIS AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS      
  MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM 8 TO 12 INCHES LOCALLY HAVE OCCURRED OVER MUCH OF 
THE WARNED AREA DURING THE LAST 24 HOURS. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES...AS WELL AS
OTHER POUR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING AREAS.
