THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
IZARD COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS
* UNTIL 500 PM CDT
* AT 305 PM CDT...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SHOWED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO DEVELOP ACROSS MUCH OF IZARD COUNTY.
THE RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN FROM
MELBOURNE TO AROUND HORSESHOE BEND. WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY
RAINFALL...FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY TO OCCUR.
