  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST
  DANGEROUS PART OF THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  MACKENZIE RESERVOIR...OR ABOUT 17 MILES NORTHWEST OF SILVERTON...MOVING
