* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 545 PM EST

* AT 513 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER WEST CENTRAL CARROLL COUNTY.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  DELPHI AND CAMDEN.
