* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR A DAM FAILURE IN...
  HOUSTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL GEORGIA
  PEACH COUNTY IN CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 245 AM EST

* AT 847 PM EST...PEACH COUNTY OFFICIAL REPORTED THE CLOPINE LAKE DAM 
  BETWEEN CLOPINE AND BIG INDIAN CREEK IS FAILING. FLASH FLOODING CAN 
  BE EXPECTED DOWNSTREAM OF THE DAM AND INTO BIG INDIAN CREEK IN 
  SOUTHERN PEACH COUNTY. BIG INDIAN CREEK COULD FLOOD AS FAR SOUTHEAST 
  AS THE CITY OF PERRY IN NORTHERN HOUSTON COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
