* AT 542 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  POTENTIAL FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS NEAR SHARPSBURG...OR   
  ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF NEWNAN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

* THE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR IN THIS
  AREA OF THE COUNTY WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH EXPECTED THROUGH
  630 PM EDT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING ALONG 
HIGHWAY 54 IN THE WHITE OAK CREEK...PINE CREEK AND TURKEY CREEK
BASINS. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS 
OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO 
FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
