* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FANNIN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 345 PM EDT

* AT 1138 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HAS FALLEN IN SOUTHEAST FANNIN COUNTY FROM AROUND HURST TO 
  MARGRET AND COOPER CREEK.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO WILSCOT 
  CREEK...CRAWFORD CREEK...SKENNAH CREEK AND PIGEON CREEK... 
  FLOWING INTO THE TOCCOA RIVER AND BLUE RIDGE LAKE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
