* AT 316 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN SOUTHERN COBB COUNTY SINCE
  MIDNIGHT AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.
