THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  LLANO

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 554 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS NEAR AND TO 10 MILES WEST OF
  LLANO. THE STORMS WERE MOVING WEST AT 10 MPH.

* THE STORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER    
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF LLANO COUNTY.

RADAR ESTIMATED THAT THIS AFTERNOONS THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED 
THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL LLANO COUNTY. THE 
THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD START TO WEAKEN AFTER SUNDOWN.
