  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 6 MILES SOUTH OF
  LOMA ALTA...OR ABOUT 29 MILES NORTH OF BENAVIDES...MOVING NORTHWEST
  AT 20 MPH. A SECOND POSSIBLE TORNADO IS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MILES      
  NORTHWEST OF SIMMONS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 20 MPH TOWARD TILDEN.
