* AT 1141 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT PREVIOUSLY REPORTED A 
TORNADO OVER WEST CENTRAL JIM WELLS COUNTY...ACROSS HIGHWAY 281 THAT 
IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 25 MPH INTO NORTHERN DUVAL COUNTY.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  RURAL NORTHEASTERN DUVAL COUNTY AT NOON CDT
