THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  MONROE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 356 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BRIGHTON. THIS
  STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
  FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND DAMAGING WINDS THROUGH 500 PM.

THIS STORM PRODUCED A 50 MPH WIND GUST AS IT CROSSED JUST SOUTH OF 
THE ROCHESTER AIRPORT. 

REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. THEY

EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BRIGHTON...MOVING
NORTHWEST AT 5 MPH.

THIS STORM PRODUCED A WIND GUST OF 64 MPH AT THE ROCHESTER AIRPORT
