BRISTOL COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF TAUNTON * UNTIL 1145 PM EDT * AT 539 PM EDT...LOCAL OFFICIALS CONTINUE TO TELL US THAT THE WHITTENTON POND DAM ON THE MILL RIVER MAY FAIL AT ANYTIME.
