  SOUTH CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 430 PM PDT

* AT 225 PM PDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH   
FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR HIGHWAY 247 AND BIG HORN NORTH OF 
YUCCA VALLEY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 3 AND 2 AND HALF INCHES 
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN HERE FROM A STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM.

* THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
