THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 930 PM MST

* AT 632 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN OVER MOUNT LEMMON/SUMMERHAVEN. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS
  NEARLY STATIONARY.

AN AUTOMATED RAIN GAGE ON MT. LEMMON RECEIVED 1.38 INCHES IN LESS 
THAN AN HOUR. AN AUTOMATED STREAM GAGE IN UPPER SABINO CANYON 
REPORTED A 2 FOOT RISE IN STREAM LEVELS IN ONLY 30 MINUTES. THIS 
RAPID RISE WILL PROCEED DOWNSTREAM INTO LOWER SABINO CANYON BY 830 
PM. 

THOSE IN SABINO CANYON SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
