THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  BENTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
  NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 345 AM CDT

* AT 1152 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  SPREADING ACROSS BENTON COUNTY AND NORTHERN MADISON COUNTY.  NEW 
  RAINFALL TOTALS THIS EVENING HAVE REACHED AS HIGH AS 2.5 INCHES
  AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT
  SEVERAL HOURS.  THIS WILL RESULT IN FLASHING FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD TO 
UNKNOWN DEPTHS. IT ONLY TAKES TWO FEET OF RUSHING WATER TO CARRY AWAY
MOST SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES AND PICKUPS. TAKE A DIFFERENT ROUTE TO 
REACH YOUR DESTINATION OR WAIT UNTIL THE WATER RECEDES. 
REMEMBER...MOST FLOOD RELATED DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.

TO CARRY AWAY MOST SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES AND PICKUPS. MOTORISTS
SHOULD NOT DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. TAKE A DIFFERENT
