THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  NORTHERN LE FLORE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  SEBASTIAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 833 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN   
  ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM JUST NORTHEAST OF BLOOMER TO           
  BOKOSHE. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
  LEFLORE AND SEBASTION COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT.  RADAR INDICATES
  THAT PORTIONS OF THIS AREA ALREADY RECEIVED 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN
  EARLIER TODAY. PLACES THAT RECIEVED HEAVY RAIN EARLIER WILL BE
  MOST VULNERABLE TO FLOODING.
