THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 640 PM MDT

* AT 524 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY...OR ABOUT 26 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF ST. GEORGE...MOVING SOUTH AT 5 MPH.

A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM OVER HURRICANE MESA HAS PRODUCED VERY 
HEAVY SINCE 500 PM.  FLASH FLOODING IN DRY CREEK AND NORTH CREEK 
IS LIKELY.  FLOODING IS ALSO POSSIBLE ALONG KOLOB RESERVOIR ROAD 
BETWEEN STATE ROUTE 9 AND THE WEST BORDER OF ZION NATIONAL PARK.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
