* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME WEST CENTRAL KANE COUNTY IN UTAH
  EXTREME EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 545 PM MDT

* AT 409 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY OVER THE    
  EASTERN HALF OF ZION NATIONAL PARK...MOVING SOUTH SOUTHWEST AT 15  
  MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING FROM SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE 
EASTERN SECTIONS OF ZION NATIONAL PARK.  HEAVY RUNOFF IS LIKELY 
ALONG THE NORTH FORK OF THE VIRGIN RIVER AND ALONG CLEAR CREEK 
THROUGH 545 PM THIS AFTERNOON.
