* AT 240 AM EDT...RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE EXCEEDED
  6 INCHES IN PORTIONS OF WESTERN BERKS COUNTY. ANOTHER 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
