* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 300 AM EDT

* AT 1059 PM EDT...RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS HAVE EXCEEDED
  5.0 INCHES IN PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL AS WELL AS NORTH CENTRAL 
  MONROE COUNTY. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE
  DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. FLOODING IS EXPECTED, BUT NOT 
  LIMITED TO, LOCALES NEAR POCONO CREEK, MCMICHAEL CREEK,
  BRODHEAD CREEK, CRANBERRY CREEK, BUCK HILL CREEK, GRISCOM
  CREEK, AND MILL CREEK.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
