  MORRIS COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY
  SOMERSET COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY
  HUNTERDON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1115 PM EDT

* AT 719 PM EDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS AND LOCAL OFFICIALS REPORTED
  STREET FLOODING AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN NUMEROUS LOCATIONS 
  IN MORRIS...SOMERSET...AND HUNTERDON COUNTIES. WHILE THE HEAVIEST  
  RAIN HAS NOW MOVED OUT OF THE AREA...RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAIN      
  CONTINUES. MANY SMALL STREAMS FEEDING INTO THE NORTH BRANCH OF THE 
  RARITAN RIVER ARE FLOODING. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND       
  FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING  
  AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
