  CENTRAL MORRIS COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY
  NORTH CENTRAL SOMERSET COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 421 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF SOMERSET AND 
  MORRIS COUNTIES SINCE EARLY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATES THAT MORE PRECIPITATION IS ON THE WAY LATE THIS AFTERNOON 
  AND EARLY EVENING, WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR ANOTHER INCH OR TWO
