  WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 945 PM CDT

* AT 906 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH A DEVELOPING
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 2 MILES
  WEST OF WINSIDE...OR ABOUT 14 MILES NORTHEAST OF                   
  NORFOLK...MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

THIS CONTINUES THE TORNADO WARNING FOR WAYNE COUNTY. THE TORNADO
