* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 803 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 8 MILES WEST
  OF LAKEVILLE...OR ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BURNSVILLE...MOVING
  EAST AT 60 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  APPLE VALLEY.
  BURNSVILLE.
  FARMINGTON.
  HASTINGS.
  LAKEVILLE.
