  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND   
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT  
  4 MILES NORTH OF ELSANOR...OVER EAST CENTRAL BALDWIN COUNTY...
