* AT 528 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR FINCHBURG...OR ABOUT 8
  MILES NORTHWEST OF MONROEVILLE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WILL EFFECT AREAS AROUND...   
  FINCHBURG...KEITH..AND FOUNTAIN THROUGH 600 PM CDT.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME ARE
LIKELY OVER THE WARNED AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES...AS WELL AS
