  ESCAMBIA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA
  MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA

* UNTIL 730 AM CDT

* AT 531 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  A BAND OF VERY HEAVY RAIN ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF HURRICANE IVAN    
  MOVING NORTHWARD THROUGH WESTERN ESCAMBIA COUNTY ALABAMA. DOPPLER  
  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 5 TO 7 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR ARE            
  OCCURRING IN THIS BAND.  THESE HEAVY RAINS ARE MOVING NORTHWARD    
  INTO SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY.
