* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
  ESCAMBIA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA

* UNTIL 645 AM CDT

* AT 336 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL ON THE EASTERN EYEWALL OF IVAN.  THE      
  SWATH OF RAINFALL WAS LOCATED ALONG THE BALDWIN AND ESCAMBIA COUNTY
  BORDER.  RADAR ESTIMATED 4 TO 5 INCHES IN AN HOUR.


* PERSISTENT HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE ROTATING NORTHWARD AROUND IVAN 
  OVER THIS LOCATION THROUGH ABOUT 430 AM.  THE IMPACT FROM RAPID    
  RUNOFF FROM THIS RAINFALL ON LOCAL STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL BE VERY 
  HIGH.
