  FOND DU LAC COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  SHEBOYGAN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  GREEN LAKE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  MARQUETTE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  NORTHERN SAUK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 1145 PM CDT

* AT 739 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN THAT WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING EXTENDING FROM
  NORTHERN SAUK COUNTY EAST INTO FOND DU LAC...TO WESTERN 
  SHEBOYGAN COUNTY. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAIN ARE MOVING 
  EAST AT 25 MPH. 

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE 
WARNED AREA. THIS AREA IS ALSO SOAKED FROM OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN 
THAT FELL LAST NIGHT. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
