SWISHER COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS * UNTIL 930 PM CDT * AT 841 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 11 MILES NORTH OF HAPPY... OR ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CANYON...MOVING SOUTH AT 25 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE TULIA AND HAPPY.
