* AT 408 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  TWO SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION. THE FIRST WAS 7 
  MILES WEST OF IRON  MOUNTAIN. THE SECOND WAS WAS NEAR CADET. BOTH 
  STORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH...AND MAY PRODUCE A TORNADO AT
