  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 6 MILES NORTH OF
  SPENCER...MOVING SOUTH AT 5 MPH.  

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
