  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 10 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF GROSS...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTH OF SPENCER...MOVING 
  SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  THIS WARNING IS AN UPGRADE FROM THE PREVIOUS 
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING.
