  NORTHERN SHERIDAN COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...RUSHVILLE...HAY SPRINGS...GORDON

* UNTIL 115 AM MDT

* AT 1010 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED EXCESSIVE RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF RUSHVILLE...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  CLINTON.

THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ACROSS AREAS NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20. 
RADAR SUGGESTS 1 TO 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN AND THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED SOME
UNPAVED ROADS TO WASH OUT. USE CAUTION TRAVELING ON UNPAVED ROADS
OVERNIGHT.
